In the Yuspa project, the choice of materials played a fundamental role in shaping the space. Seamless surfaces and architectural elements blend effortlessly thanks to Microtopping®, creating an environment that is both elegant and highly functional.

Located in the vibrant Chaowai district of Beijing, Yuspa is a wellness oasis, offering an escape from the city’s fast-paced rhythm. Built in 2024, the spa redefines relaxation, transforming it into an immersive, tailor-made experience where design and sensoriality converge.

To enhance the spa’s unique atmosphere, Ideal Work’s Microtopping® envelops floors, walls and ceilings, crafting a seamless, inviting space. Available in custom shades that reflect Yuspa’s identity, decorative concrete accentuates the brand’s distinctive character while amplifying the perception of space.

The pillars, clad in a special fiber-reinforced mix by Ideal Work, introduce visual depth and balance, harmonising with the surrounding materials and lighting. Thanks to its abrasion resistance and design versatility, Microtopping® seamlessly unites aesthetic sophistication and long-lasting durability.

Yuspa’s design is defined by sophisticated simplicity, where neutral tones and tactile textures create an atmosphere of absolute tranquillity. Light, meticulously calibrated, gently caresses the surfaces, guiding guests on a multisensory journey that engages sight, touch, and spatial awareness.

More than just a spa, Yuspa is a sanctuary, where every detail—from materials and lighting to scents and sounds—contributes to a deeply regenerative experience. Every element is carefully curated to restore inner balance, turning the spa into a place of true renewal.

With its seamless surfaces, Microtopping® plays a crucial role in defining this enveloping environment, where aesthetics and functionality converge to create a new dimension of wellness.
