In San Daniele del Friuli (province of Udine) stands a site which means a great deal to gourmet enthusiasts and lovers of Italian gastronomic excellence: Prosciuttificio Dall’Ava (Dall’Ava ham factory). A place where tradition and innovation meet and where good taste is the order of the day. Here, in an interior space which spans over 600 square metres (nearly 6,500 square feet) designed to house the restaurant, Ideal Work created a Nuvolato Architop® floor whose gentle yet subtle dynamics and delicate colours add even more space and bring a unique elegance and brightness to the rooms. The Nuvolato Architop® floor was treated with Ideal Hard, making it completely dust-proof and therefore easier to clean and maintain. Outside Prosciuttificio Dall’Ava, meanwhile, a brushed concrete paved area of over 200 square metres (~2,150 square feet) was laid.
