In the Mind the Value headquarters, Solidro — Ideal Work’s new product — has transformed the interiors into modern, healthy and durable spaces, combining technology, modernity and practicality
The renovation of the offices of Mind the Value — a company specialised in process optimisation and IT consulting — transformed its 280 square metres in Milan from a dated 1970s layout into a versatile and modern space, perfectly aligned with the needs of contemporary work. Designed by Atelierzero, the restyling translated the company’s values of innovation and well-being into a functional environment that integrates advanced technology and comfort.
The spaces have been designed to make the most of natural light and ensure operational flexibility. The area facing the street offers custom workstations, whilst the one overlooking the internal courtyard hosts a flexible lounge area which can be reconfigured through the use of blue velvet curtains that recall a residential atmosphere. At the centre of the office, a core in blue tones – inspired by the company branding – hosts meeting rooms, private spaces and an experiential room. In addition to connecting the two levels, a large multifunction staircase serves as an auditorium for corporate events, offering versatility and perfect integration with daily working life.
Ideal Work’s latest product — Solidro — was chosen for the floors. Through its high technical and aesthetic performance, Ideal Work’s flooring solution defined the identity of the space. In the side aisles, Solidro Silver grey conveys calm and harmony, complementing the furnishings through a delicate and refined nuance. In the central core Solidro’s custom blue shade, inspired by the company’s corporate colours, gives the space character and uniqueness, underlining its strong visual identity.
Solidro, a water-based product, free of epoxy resins and solvents, ensures a healthy environment that respects air quality, contributing to the well-being of its visitors. Its resistance to high traffic, stains and water guarantees an unaltered appearance over time, making it ideal for dynamic operational contexts. Furthermore, the wide range of colours available, including Ideal Work’s Pack-C and Valentina Collection colours, allows for a high degree of customisation, ensuring any aesthetic and functional need is met.
Through the use of Solidro, Mind the Value offices have become modern and welcoming spaces, at the intersection of innovation and style. Material quality and Ideal Work’s broad colour and custom possibilities made it possible to create environments that improve comfort and productivity, encapsulating a perfect combination of aesthetics and practicality.
